Richard Gianni came to LiftFund Inc. April 2014 with almost four decades of retail banking experience from community and regional banks in the Houston area. Throughout his career, Gianni has held many management roles, including his most recent as regional banking area president at Wells Fargo Bank, where he directed the efforts of 575 team members.
Experienced in counseling entrepreneurs, Gianni continues his investment and leadership in the community by joining the LiftFund Houston team, servicing economically underdeveloped communities and helping small business owners reach their financial goals. As the Market President, for Houston, and Regional President for the East Texas Region, Gianni develops and implements programs to enhance LiftFund’s presence in the Greater Houston area and the greater 61 county that makes up LiftFund’s East Texas Region.
Gianni has also served on the board of Target Hunger, serving as their fundraising chairman for three years. He also served as the president for the Museum District Business Alliance for four years, and as a member for the Good Neighbor Health Care Center board and the Houston Community College School of Banking advisory board.
