University Technology Park at IIT

The location of this facility in downtown Chicago and access to top-notch technology suites makes for an ideal choice for a technology-based entrepreneur.

The Incubator Technology Innovation Center

This incubator is there for the use of early-stage technology companies. Some of the services provided are access to an attorney (pro bono) for a limited number of hours, access to the Kellogg Incubator Support Team, access to Northwestern University and other seminars and services.

Greater Sterling Development Corporation

This facility provides entrepreneurs with a wide range of services that are helpful to assist with the growth and expansion of businesses.

Southern Illinois University Carbondale Small Business Incubator Program

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs had help to put this program in place. The program was developed in 1991 and has assisted over 50 organizations. Many helpful services for entrepreneurs are provided through this program.

EnterpriseWorks Technology Business Incubator

This incubator space is 43,000 square feet located at the Research Park at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. The facility has been open since 2003. High-growth technology companies have gotten their start here with access to full wet-chemistry labs, furnished office space, shared equipment, server co-location facilities, and conference rooms with Internet access.

Quincy Business & Technology Center

This center encourages entrepreneurs to utilize their facility to grow their business during the early-stages. This facility consists of 67,000 square feet on five floors with passenger and freight elevators. The facility is ideal for light manufacturing or warehouse type businesses.

Performance Improvement Institute

This institute focuses on developing new companies through an incubation process. A wide range of industries are incubated such as agribusiness, software factories, industrial parks, NGO’s, microfinance, housing development and global trade.

Bradley Technology Commercialization Center

This center houses a technology incubator and provides mentoring services to aid in the growth and expansion of start-up companies.

Galesburg Regional Economic Development Association

This facility operates a 120,000 square foot industrial business incubator. This incubator provides low cost and leasing options to start-ups.

Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago (ICNC)

The ICNC houses over 100 small companies in its business incubator at the Fulton- Carroll Center

Business Center of Decatur
